Mongiovino castle, dating back to 1312, is built atop one of the hills surrounding the southern shores of Lake Trasimeno and it's surrounded by 140 hectares of forest, cultivars and olive trees. It offers five free-standing houses built in the eighteenth century. Additionally, the wine and reknowned extravirgin olive oil produced at Mongiovino is ICEA certified organic.
